  1. Install WP Utility and Performance plugin by uploading the wp-utility-and-performance directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory. (See instructions on how to install a WordPress plugin.)
  2. Activate WP Utility & Performance through the Plugins menu in WordPress.
  3. Enable/Disable Options from Settings > WP Utility & Performance menu.
