WHAT IS THE PLUGIN LICENSE?

3

This plugin is licensed under the GPL.

WHAT DO I NEED TO USE THIS PLUGIN?

  • Have installed the plugin WooCommerce 2.1 or higher.
  • Have a Bcash account .
  • Generate an access key in Bcash.

HOW DOES BCASH WORK?

BCASH RECEIVES PAYMENTS FROM WHICH COUNTRIES?

At the moment Bcash only receives payments from Brazil.

We’ve configured the plugin to only receive payments from users who select Brazil in their payment information during checkout.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES THE PLUGIN ACCEPT?

All payment methods that Bcash makes available are accepted.
However you need to activate them in your Bcash account.

Check the payment methods in “ Buy quickly and securely at online stores. Your Protected Purchase – Bcash ”.

WHAT ARE THE TRANSACTION FEES THAT BCASH CHARGES?

See “ Buyer and Seller Fees – Bcash ” page.

HOW DOES PLUGIN INTEGRATE WITH BCASH?

We do the integration based on the official Bcash documentation which can be found under “ Integration with Online Stores, Shopping Cart – Bcash for Developers ”

I INSTALLED THE PLUGIN, BUT THE BCASH PAYMENT OPTION DISAPPEARS DURING CHECKOUT. WHAT DID I DO WRONG?

You forgot to select Brazil during checkout registration.
The Bcash payment option works only with Brazil.

IS THE ORDER STATUS NOT AUTOMATICALLY CHANGED?

Yes, the status is automatically changed using the Bcash status change notifications API.

If the status of your orders is not being changed, it may be because of one of the reasons below:

  • Website with CloudFlare, as by default any communication from other servers with yours will be blocked.
  • Security plugin like “iThemes Security” with option to add HackRepair.com list in .htaccess site. It turns out that the Bcash user-agent may be in the middle of the list and will block any communication).
  • mod_security enabled, in this case it will happen the same with CloudFlare blocking any communication from other servers with yours.

THE ORDER WAS PAID AND HAD THE STATUS OF “PROCESSING” AND NOT AS “COMPLETED”, IS THIS RIGHT?

Yes, that’s right and it means the plugin is working as it should.

Every payment gateway in WooCommerce must change the order status to “processing” at the time the payment is confirmed and should never be changed by itself to “completed”, as the order should only go to the “completed” status after it has been delivered.

For downloadable products the default setting of WooCommerce is to allow access only when the order has the status “completed”, however in the WooCommerce settings in the Products tab it is possible to activate the option “Grant access to download the product after payment” and thus release download when order status is “processing”.

MORE QUESTIONS RELATED TO THE PLUGIN’S OPERATION?
